REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Refunds are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

  • We offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • If you received the wrong size (from our end), we will process the exchange at no additional charge.
  • If the size you ordered is correct and you wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We provide exchange options for other products as well, but the items must be unused and unwashed.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

PROCESSING TIME

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
